CMU Mountain Rumble

The CMU Rumble returns to Powderhorn for another year! This Saturday, the Cross Country race will begin at approximately 8 a.m. Breakfast will be available at 7 a.m. at the Umbrella Bar. Lower Mutton Buster may be closed until Cross-Country race finish, shortly following the Bike Park opening at 10 a.m. The Downhill race will begin at approximately 2:30 p.m. and will be held on Prospector. Prospector will be closed to general public all day Saturday.

Spectators are welcome on the mountain. As a reminder, foot traffic is not allowed on any bike trails, at any time. Powderhorn staff as well as collegiate organizers will be working across the mountain to maintain an orderly and professional race environment for all athletes. Anyone creating an unsafe or unsportsmanlike environment can be removed from the race.
