Powderhorn Mountain Trail Climb

Beat the heat and join the Grand Junction Sports Commission for the first annual Powderhorn Mountain Trail Climb. Trek up Stagecoach while taking in the beauty of the Grand Mesa and gorgeous views of the Grand Valley. Escape to a runner's mountain paradise, right here in western Colorado.

5k runners gain over 1600 ft in elevation to the finish line at the top of the Flat Top Flyer. After conquering the climb, take the lift down and do some sightseeing along the way.

Sound too easy? Try the 15k and run up the mountain twice. Run up Stagecoach, and test your downhill skills before taking on the incline one more time.

Registration includes entry to Powderhorn Mountain Trail Climb, t-shirt, finisher medal, post-race food, and a lift pass. Register online before 7/19, or register in person at packet pickup.
