Course #1 Sizzling Shrimp. This dish brings the flavors of the coast to life with jerk-seasoned shrimp, juicy pineapple, and roasted veggies, all sautéed in extra virgin olive oil with a hint of habanero and preserved lemon. Served with a fresh roll, it’s the perfect start to your tapas adventure.

Course #5 Hearts of Palm Salad. This light and refreshing salad features imported hearts of palm, hothouse tomatoes, onions, fresh ginger, cilantro, and Italian parsley, tossed in a tangy citrus vinaigrette and finished with passion fruit, truth sauce, and local honey.
Course #6 Pinchos Morunos (Chorizo Kebob). A beloved Spanish tapas dish, Pinchos Morunos features skewers of garlicky, spiced chorizo, onions, peppers, and tomatoes, grilled to perfection.
Course #7 Jerk Tofu. For a vibrant vegan option, this charred jerk tofu is served with tomato, shishito peppers, vegan cheese, and plantain chips.
