Alternative Lodging at Powderhorn
Our Big Idea
The first phase in Powderhorn's plan to provide alternative lodging options at the resort is the Tiny Home project. The initial group of Tiny Homes are available for nightly rental at the base of the resort, within easy walking distance of the base area and primary chairlift. Tiny Homes are comfortable, fully equipped, sustainable accommodations conveniently nestled on the mountain. Efficiently designed, each unit sleeps four to eight and has a full bath, plus its own kitchen, kitchenette, or microwave so you can relax with a hearty meal in your own great room, on your deck, or gather with others at the cozy firepit to delight in sharing adventures of the day.

They got so cold after the sun went down but we were right there so they got in warm jammies while I made cocoa. After the kids went to sleep we stayed up to play a game. In a hotel you don't have that kind of space. We could have the lights on, the table to play on and our own drinks while they slept upstairs. The arrangement was dreamy."

Tiny Home Cancellation Policy
72 Hour Cancelation Policy: Reservations cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be fully refunded and free of any charge. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date (including during the reservation) will be charged in full and ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be issued. If rooms are available on an alternate date, Powderhorn will make its best effort to exchange your reservation at a rate equal to your reservations.
