Ring in the New Year with an unforgettable evening at Powderhorn Mountain Resort’s Annual NYE Celebration! Join us for a magical night featuring dazzling torchlight parades, a spectacular fireworks show, and live music to keep the energy alive. Bring the whole family to celebrate and create lasting memories on the slopes.
Event Highlights:
Children’s Torchlight Parade: Watch the littlest skiers light up the mountain with neon LED torches.
Fireworks Show: A brilliant finale of colorful fireworks to ring in the New Year.
Live DJ Performance: Dance the night away with DJ Chandlebarr starting at 4:00 PM.

Children’s Torchlight Parade sign-ups at Guest Services/Ticket Office.
4:00 PM
DJ Chandlebarr begins their set at the base area.
4:30 PM
Children check in at the Cottonwood Room to receive their “torches” (neon LED foam lights).
4:15 PM
Children’s Torchlight Parade begins.
5:40 PM
Fireworks show begins!
Approx 6:00 PM (when the sun goes down)
DJ Chandlebarr wraps up the evening with the last beats of their set.
